STARBUCKS MOCHA FRAPPUCCINO
6 cups double-strength freshly brewed dark roast coffee
2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, plus additional cocoa powder for garnish
2 cups nonfat milk
Fill ice-cube trays with half of the brewed coffee and place in the freezer. In a bowl, combine the remaining brewed coffee, cocoa powder and milk and stir to dissolve the cocoa. Cover and chill.

When the ice cubes have frozen, transfer them to a kitchen towel and, using a hammer or mallet, crush the cubes. Fill 4 glasses with the crushed ice and divide the coffee-cocoa mixture evenly among them. Dust the top with cocoa powder and serve.
Serves 4.
SWISS MOCHA
1 cup instant coffee
1 cup sugar
2 cups nonfat dry milk
4 tsp. cocoa powder

Combine all ingredients together. Store in airtight container. Use 2 to 2 1/2 teaspoons per cup of boiling water.  NOTE: vanilla powder can be bought in gourmet stores or ordered on the net.

CAFE VIENNA
1 cup instant coffee
1-1/3 cups sugar
1-1/3 cups nonfat dry milk
1 tsp. cinnamon

Combine all ingredients together. Store in airtight container. Use 2 to 2 1/2 teaspoons per cup of boiling water. 

CINNAMON ‘N SPICE
2/3 cup instant coffee
1-1/3 cups sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. allspice

Combine all ingredients together. Store in airtight container. Use 2 to 2 1/2 teaspoons per cup of boiling water.

TOFFEE COFFEE
1 cup instant coffee
1 cup non-dairy coffee creamer
1/2 cup brown sugar

Combine all ingredients together. Store in airtight container. Use 2 to 2 1/2 teaspoons per cup of boiling water. 

BAVARIAN MINT COFFEE
1/3 cup non-dairy coffee creamer
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup instant coffee
2 tbsp. cocoa
5 hard peppermint candies, crushed

Combine all ingredients together. Store in airtight container. Use 2 to 2 1/2 teaspoons per cup of boiling water. 

CHOCOLATE COFFEE
1/2 cup instant coffee
1 1/2 cups non-dairy coffee creamer
1/2 cup chocolate flavored powdered drink mix
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Dash of salt

Combine all ingredients together. Store in airtight container. Use 2 to 2 1/2 teaspoons per cup of boiling water. 

VANILLA COFFEE
1 1/2 cups non-dairy coffee creamer
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup instant coffee crystals
2 tbsp. vanilla powder

Combine all ingredients together. Store in airtight container. Use 2-4 tablespoons per cup of boiling water. 

CAFE ORANGE CAPPUCCINO
1 cup instant coffee
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 cups nonfat dry milk
1 tsp. dry orange peel

Combine all ingredients together. Store in airtight container. Use 2 to 2 1/2 teaspoons per cup of boiling water. Relax and enjoy!

BLACK FORREST COFFEE
4 cups fresh brewed coffee
1/2 cup chocolate syrup
1/4 cup maraschino cherry juice
Sweetened whipped cream
Shaved chocolate
Maraschino cherries

Combine coffee, chocolate syrup, and cherry juice; mix well. Top individual servings with whipped cream, chocolate shavings and a cherry.
Irish Mint Flavored Coffee
1 package butter mints, crushed
2 cups chocolate malt mix
1/2 cup instant chocolate drink mix
2 cups powdered coffee creamer
In a jar with a screw-top lid, combine all ingredients and shake well to blend.
To make Irish Mint Coffee: Place 1-2 tablespoons of creamer in a mug and fill with 6 ounces of coffee.

Mocha au Lait Mix
1 1/2 cups dry milk powder
1/2 cup instant coffee granules
1/3 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips

In a medium bowl, combine milk powder, instant coffee, brown sugar and mini chocolate chips. Mix well and store in an airtight container.

Instructions per serving: In a blender, combine 2/3 cup boiling water with 1/4 cup mix. Blend until frothy and serve in a mug. Serves: 12.
